This workshop is organized by Uwe Siebert and colleagues, and will cover:

• Decision trees, state-transition and Markov models
• Handling uncertainty and variability

• Microsimulation models
• Discrete event simulation models
• Handling individual behavior and waiting lines

• Infectious disease models
• Handling dynamic transmissions and herd immunity
• Other modeling approaches (e.g., agent-based models, system dynamics models, causal influence models, biologic systems models)

But when making an important dashboard presentations, our customers don’t want to be completely dependent on internet access. A reliable internet connection is often, but not always available. For these situations, our development team has developed technology that allows users to access their dashboards without an internet connection.

When ‘Offline mode’ is enabled, all dashboard simulation data is downloaded locally to the user’s desktop computer. This happens seamlessly in the background, and after the syncronization is completed, the dashboard can be used without an internet connection.

With ‘Offline mode’, any mathematical model can now be easily used online AND offline, combining the power of a web application with the reliability of desktop software.
