Over the last few years of growth, more than half of our client-base has been in North America, and our New York office enables us to provide direct service to these customers. New York offers the quintessential round-the-clock urban lifestyle, but has a lot more to offer than just skyscrapers, bars and clubs.
Everyone is supportive of each other’s roles, which means that work is done well and efficiently. I know that if I need someone’s support I can just ask them. It’s difficult to find an environment with that natural level of collaboration.

Our recruitment process
At BaseCase we place equal importance on qualifications and practical skills.
That’s why we ask qualified candidates to complete practical exercises at various stages of the recruiting process. We’ve designed them to help us assess a candidate’s aptitude and skills, and to give candidates an opportunity to test the waters.
While these exercises certainly don’t cover the full spectrum of activity in any given role, they reflect some aspects that are specific to the work we do at BaseCase.
