The 2013 European Congress affirmed ISPOR’s status as the pharmaceutical industry’s leading HEOR society. The ISPOR conference is unmatched in the scale and variety of its attendees and I had the chance to speak with a good cross section of them in Dublin.
Over three days I met with dozens of conference attendees working in the area of key account management and customer engagement - often health economics or market access managers.
For us, the industry’s key annual event was a great opportunity to showcase our latest product - BaseCase CLM.
Several attendees told me that they had no way to keep track of the customer engagement apps they develop, and that this made it difficult to plan improvements. We offered them a way to solve that problem.
Their interest in the product confirmed to me that there is an unmet demand in market access for a Closed Loop Marketing tool - and that BaseCase CLM is poised to meet that need.

Given the location of the event, we naturally decided to host our informal drinks event in the Gravity Bar, located at the top of the Guinness Brewery with inspiring views over Dublin.
A select group of market access and health economics managers met with BaseCase and our partners Pharmerit for what turned out to be a very successful evening. Our thanks to all those who attended and we hope to see you again next year!
