Value communication tools are central to the success of any new product launch, as they support market access teams in communicating product value to external decision makers. While these tools provide a way to streamline complex information and demonstrate key value messages, ensuring successful reimbursement and uptake of a new drug or medical product boils down to: how this information is received during stakeholder engagements.
A useful approach to increasing impact and ensuring successful engagements is to support each value communication tool with a dedicated person to manage roll-outs, offering strategies and proactive guidance. Some of these strategies might include country adaptations of a core tool or best practices for app management. By providing effective roll-out strategies, app project leads can then focus on the actual content of their tools, and strategize which information is presented to best reach their target audience.
Tiffany Elizabeth Tan, Director of Customer Success, is sharing her insights on value communication app roll-outs, and the vital role her team plays to ensure each app effectively engages stakeholders. Since joining us in 2017, she has leveraged her unique background in community development and project management to build and maintain successful relationships with clients using the BaseCase platform.
